Payment And Checkout -
We accept electronic payments through Paypal and Google, credit cards via both, certified check and money orders and of course local buyers can pay in cash.
If you wish to pay with a credit card you may do so through Paypal. No need to have a Paypal account to use that service.
Shipment And Pick-Up -
All items are eligible for local pick-ups! If you want to pick up your item please contact us at craftedbykelin@windstream.net. I will gladly refund 100% of your shipping cost when I process your order.
In most cases Crafted By Kelin will ship your order within 2 (two) business days of your method of payment clearing.
All items are shipped with a delivery confirmation and we email each customer at time of shipment that tracking number.
Return Policy -
Customer must contact seller within 3 days of receiving item. Item must be returned to shipper within 14 days for a refund of item cost -- shipping cost will not be refunded unless item was misrepresented in listing. If items were shipped insured buyer MUST keep ALL packaging for return to seller.
